I sold this house in under 30 days. Great price. But - Why is that special? The house - built in 1850 - needed a total renovation. If sold to a developer - it would have gotten pennies on the dollar. I wanted an end user who would see the potential. One of my MOST IMPORTANT secret ingredients: HIRE SUNFLOWER CREATIONS.
