We guessed a bit high on the price of the 2nd house but we listened to the market and corrected that. Madeline lined up staging of the house and it looked fantastic! She held a bunch of open houses and communicated with potential buyers until we had 2 offers (some of the most valuable early feedback was hearing why certain buyers did *not* make an offer).
