I’m sure there was a lot of people behind the scenes who helped as well. Kind, professional, honest, and very dedicated to their jobs. My place had some challenges and personal reasons forced a sale. The team still did everything to work around my and everything I threw at them, including my direct neighbours listing hitting the market the same week for MUCH less. I had an accepted offer and closed within a month! I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his team. Made a very stressful situation a lot easier. Whenever they showed up they were dressed to impress and their continued efforts right to the day of possession were outstanding.
