“ Jennifer did an excellent job with a complex sale. We inherited a house that needed cleaning, repairs, and some landscaping but we live out of state and weren't able to be present at the property. Jennifer went the extra mile, showing up for inspections and coordinating with contractors to get the house ready to hit the market. The house was owned by a trust which was a legal thing I've never dealt with before, but she understood it and coordinated getting signatures for work authorizations even when one of the trustees was out of the country. Really, I can't recommend her enough. I've worked with a few realtors on routine house buying and selling and know that there are always bumps in the road. For this house, Jennifer turned a gravel road into an asphalt highway. I can't recommend her enough. ”
